Formally, L.E. Weed & Son, the 70-year-old company continues to provide quality services and products. As of spring of 2019, the third generation Weed family had sold their business to the Dimmick family, who now operate it under Weed Precast LLC.

The new owners are Robert Dimmick and his two sons Bobby and Billy. Robert and his son Billy have worked in the wastewater industry with over thirty-plus years of experience. Bobby Dimmick, continues to run a small dairy farm in Randolph Center, Vermont, that the family has owned and operated for three generations.

Weed Precast continues to offer quality products and services that you expect from the Weed name. With branches located in Newport NH, White River VT and the addition of a Randolph VT location, Weed Precast is as accessible as ever for all your precast concrete needs.
